General Quiz (Saraswati Memorial @ New Era Public School)

We at New Era Public School are hosting Saraswati Memorial Inter School
Fest which includes a Senior and a Junior Quiz. The details are as follows:-
Senior QUIZ
General details:-
Date: 25th August 2011, Thursday
Time: 9:30 - 12:30
Venue: New Era Public School, Mayapuri, New Delhi.
Eligibility: Classes 9 to 12 (There is no limit on the number of teams from each school. Teams comprising of 3 students each.)
Quizmaster: ANSHUL KHARBANDA
Format:-
1. A written preliminary round with 30 questions (dry+visuals+audios).
2. Top 16 teams regardless of their schools (i.e. more than one team from
the same school can qualify) qualify for a set of 2 semi-finals that
will be contested by 8 teams.
3. Top 3 teams from each semi final would make it to the final round which will be contested by 6 (3+3) teams.
4. The decision of the quizmaster will be final and abiding.
* The format is subject to last minute changes in case of situations that are unavoidable.
Registration:-
1.Entries can be faxed,mailed or sent through post to New Era Public School on or before
the date mentioned in the official invite.
2.Entries can also be mailed at a1nshul@gmail.com on or before 23 August 2011.
PS: While sending the entries through mail do mention the name of your school as the subject.
