I've written down most of what I could recall. Let me know if I've gone wrong somewhere.
    1. Die Zeit: Identify the face.
Ans: timesnewroman; Times New Roman is the font used by Die Zeit, a German newspaper.
    2. 121212...: 1, 2 <some bunch of text>
Ans: 1978; RonRivestAdiShamirLeonardAdleman is what we got on putting 1212 together. RSA is named after them, which was found in '78.
    3. The Third: Inside Mantle.
    Ans: intelcorei3
    4. TWSS: This is 5th from teapot.
Ans: requestentitytoolarge; Teapot is HTTP status code error 418. Too large is 413. And that's what she said
    5. <YouTube was written in UTF>: A picture is worth a thousand words. A video is worth a million.
Ans: textp/youtubetextp; YouTube TEXTp converted videos in ASCII, an April fool's easter egg.
    6. Less talk more code: 010010 000 1 01 01 11...<and other 1's and 0's>
Ans: wholeearthcatalog; Convert 0s to '.' and 1s to '-', and voila you get morse code for "Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish...".
    7. <lock or key or something of the sort>: Image of a key from windings to certain letters was given. Find the lock, and get the answer.
Ans: nevergonnagiveyouup; This one got me stumped for a long time. The key (pun unintended) was finding the 'lock', which was actually: http://www.sudocrypt.com/level/lock.png  And then we could get RickRoll'd on deciphering the image.
    8. Chaos theory: Hex color code values for blue, orange, green yellow.
Ans: themicrosoftnetwork; The colours are of the wings of the msn butterfly. Chaos theory=Butterfly effect.
    9. <Anti-clockwise or something of the sort>: Image of a square with 4 parts.
Ans: johnmccarthy; I got the hex values of the colours in anti-clockwise direction and decoded using hex editor.
    10. What's in a name?: <series of numbers and signs>
Ans: Don't remember, but this was a pain. It actually had to be decrypted using the RSA algorithm hence the "what's in a name" (question 2 reference).
I didn't upload others, can't really explain those questions here. The difficulty curve really spiked from here, but it was a brilliant event. It'll be great if somebody from Exun could also reupload the official questions and answers.

    @Sachin: Level 18? Weren't there only 15 levels?
