Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E), New Delhi, like every year, organised the CBSE Heritage India Quiz in order to sharpen the student’s knowledge and inculcate love for the culture and heritage of the Nation.
The Zonal Round of the Quiz was organized on 30th November at Rani Laxmi Bai Memorial School, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow where in six preliminary qualifier teams participated.
Sunbeam School Lahartara team comprising of Rishabh Jain (Class-XI), Drona Vatsyayan (Class-XI) and Vijaya Singh Gautam (Class-IX) emerged as the Champions leaving behind the teams. The Champions team will now be facing the Final Round of the Quiz scheduled to be held at New Delhi on 8th December 2011.
The Quiz was hosted by Quiz Master Mr. Pranob Mukherjee.
The team was under the guidance of Mr. K.K.Panda, Team Leader of the Champions.
