The guy is Scot Halpin. Before one of their live performances, Keith Moon, drummer of The Who, had a mix of animal tranquilizers and brandy. He subsequently passed out twice on stage. Pete Townshend, the lead guitarist, asked the audience if someone could fill in for Keith, someone good. Scot took Keith's place and played the rest of the gig with The Who.

]]>Mixed Quizzing is a form of quizzing, where there will a limited number of schools invited and a limit to the no. of participants per school. The teams should be formed on the spot with other participants from other schools. The no. of members per team should be equal to the number of participants per school. No 2 members of the same school should be allowed to be in the same team.
This can be applied to college and other levels of quizzing as well. Though I don't have much knowledge about the system of college quizzing. So, I won't comment on the college aspect of it.
